MSI center is the way to go. Dragon Center was deprecated back in 2017 or so and replaced with MSI Center. Which is absolute trash: the only thing we require MSI Center for is to register our hardware for warranty replacement, firmware updates for Mystic Lights, and VBIOS updates for MSI branded Nvidia and AMD GPUs.
